You know something insane to think about? The day before we ended up in Minnesota we were in Colorado. This trip is incredible.

We arrived at the Mall of America with exactly 2.5 hours left of operating hours to explore. Where did we go first? The rollercoasters of course!!

We were excited to see that at least one part of the world still cares about Nickelodeon! We rode the Spongebob rollercoaster and it was awesome. The theme park was fun though it was totally aimed towards the younger crowd.

After wandering around the mall for a bit we got hungry and decided to eat dinner at Cowboy Jacks. Chris got the Bison burger and I got a salad with sweet potato fries--compromise :)

The mall honestly wasn't as big as I thought it would be. We also didn't see all of it but it just didn't feel that epic. I did like their touch screen directory! It would literally tell you how to get to where you wanted to go with turn by turn directions and an ETA. Oh technology!

Next stop Madison, WI! We drove as far as we could before finding a 24hr Walmart at 3am in Wisconsin to sleep. That was a tough drive for us! Catch what happens next in our next post :)
